Suffolk Man Dead After Car Crashes Into Tree: Police
He was pronounced dead at the scene, Suffolk police said.
ROCKY POINT, NY — A 37-year-old Mastic Beach man died Friday morning after the car he was driving in slammed into a tree in Rocky Point, Suffolk police said.
Hamilton Bogan was driving a 2013 Nissan Altima when it left the road and struck a tree on Miller Place/Yaphank Road at around 8:15 a.m., according to police. He was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
The Nissan was impounded for a safety check.
