Miller Place Gas Station Robbed At Knifepoint

The robber fled on foot late Tuesday night, police say.

MILLER PLACE, NY – A man robbed a Miller Place gas station at knifepoint Tuesday night, Suffolk Police said.

Sixth Precinct Patrol officers responded to a 911 call of a robbery at the BP station located at 356 Route 25A at about 11:25 p.m. A man had entered the gas station, displayed a knife and demanded cash, police said. The clerk complied and the man fled the scene on foot.

No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.
