Miller Place HS Students Win Teeny Award For "Les Misérables"
The East End Arts Council's annual event was held at the Westhampton Performing Arts Center on Sunday.
MILLER PLACE, NY — Miller Place High School students won a Judges Choice award at the East End Arts Council's annual Teeny Awards at the Westhampton Beach Performing Arts Center on Sunday.
The students' performance of “Les Misérables” was one of two chosen by the judges who believed it stood out enough to warrant the special recognition, according to the Teeny Awards Facebook page. The second award went to Longwood High School students for their performance of “Jekyll & Hyde."
