Motorcyclist Injured In Fence Strike In Suffolk: Police

The rider was taken to local hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries, Suffolk police said.

SOUND BEACH, NY — A motorcyclist was injured when the vehicle slammed into a fence in Sound Beach on Tuesday night, Suffolk police said.

Officers were called to the crash scene at Echo Avenue at around 6:23 p.m., according to police. The rider was taken to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries, police said.
