Police Report: Woman Found Dead in Rocky Point
Suffolk County Police said from what they know, the woman was homeless.
A homeless woman was found dead in Rocky Point near Broadway Avenue early Thursday morning, according to Suffolk County Police.
Local merchants discovered the body outside at 5:30 a.m. on Route 25A, police said.
Homicide detectives are conducting a non-criminal death investigation on the case, and have not released any information on cause of death.
