Police say a trio approached the man in a parking lot after the sale of a Rolex was arranged on social media.

MILLER PLACE, NY — Suffolk police have released surveillance video images in hopes someone from the public will lead them to the men who robbed a man of a Rolex watch in Miller Place last week.

Police said a Miller Place man used social media to arrange to sell a 2022 Rolex Sky-Dweller watch to another person in a parking lot on Route 25A on July 21 just before 12 a.m., and when
he arrived, he was approached by three men, one of whom waved a gun at him, and he was
robbed of his watch, his cellphone, and wallet.

Rolex Sky Dwellers can retail for anywhere between $6,000 to $30,000.
