The Rocky Point Middle School played an important part in recognizing World Autism Awareness Day. The internationally recognized day is celebrated annually on April 2, and Rocky Point Middle School selected April 1 to wear blue, a color associated with a calm feeling and acceptance for people living with autism spectrum disorder.
