Rocky Point High School senior Gianna Amendola was named to the Girls Soccer All-East Region team by the United Soccer Coaches Association.

Rocky Point School District is proud to announce that Rocky Point High School senior Gianna Amendola was named to the Girls Soccer All-East Region team by the United Soccer Coaches Association. This team encompasses New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. This is the latest accolade for this standout player, Rocky Point’s varsity starter for five years, who was lauded in the beginning of the season as a Top 100 Long Island Girls Soccer Player for 2021 by Newsday, then again was named Athlete of the Week in later September.
