Rocky Point High School senior Rozlin Genc is part of a group of student leaders at The Eastern Long Island Academy of Applied Technology’s Gary D. Bixhorn Technical Center who are creating a culture of compassion and unity as a member of the BTC P.O.W.E.R. Team.
