With stage direction from music teacher Ms. Jessica Spitz and pit orchestra direction from music teacher Ms. Amy Schecher, dozens of students took to the stage in leading and supporting roles, performed in the orchestra, worked as choreography captains, assistant directors, production and stage crew members.
The show’s heartfelt messages are of a mother and her teenage daughter who come to appreciate one another’s struggles, learn self-acceptance and realize the immeasurable love and mutual respect that bond them when they magically swap bodies for a day.
