Small Plane Down in Long Island Sound
BREAKING: The plane went down Sunday afternoon, police say.

A small plane went down in the Long Island Sound Sunday afternoon, according to Suffolk Police.
It happened at about 1:20 p.m. off Shoreham, police said.
The two people who were on the plane are both accounted for and they were taken to Stony Brook University Hospital. Their conditions are unknown at this time, but a police spokesperson said "they appear to be OK."
