Suffolk PD Probing Car Break-ins In Miller Place/Mt. Sinai Area

They took place overnight between March 26 and March 27, with most taking place between 3 and 4 a.m., cops say.

SUFFOLK COUNTY, NY — Suffolk County police are seeking the public’s help for information about multiple car break-ins this past week.

Police said an unknown person or persons broke into multiple cars overnight between March 26 and March 27, with most of the break-ins taking place between 3 and 4 a.m. No further details were released.

Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward for information leading to an arrest. Anyone with information about the incidents can submit an anonymous tip by calling 1-800-220-TIPS, a confidential police hotline, or by using a mobile app that can be downloaded through the App Store or Google Play by searching P3 Tips.
