Utility Pole Catches Fire In Miller Place, Drawing Area Firefighters: Police
It happened at around 7 a.m. on Tuesday, Suffolk police say.
MILLER PLACE, NY — A utility pole caught fire in Miller Place on Tuesday, drawing area firefighters, Suffolk police said.
The fire started on the pole at a location on Magnolia Lane at around 7 a.m., and PSEG was notified, according to police.
Brookhaven Town was also notified for a tree that came down, police said.
