MINEOLA, NY — A North Bellmore man was arrested after exposing himself in public in Mineola two different times, police said.
Zhisheng Xu, 27, was arrested after an incident occurred on July 28 at 5:24 p.m., Nassau County police said.
According to police, Xu was seen in the Harrison Avenue Parking Garage on 1 St. exposing and touching himself in public view.
Upon investigation, it was determined that he had committed similar incidents at the same parking garage on July 3 and July 8, police said.
He was charged with three counts of public lewdness and three counts of exposure of a person, police said. He was issued an appearance ticket returnable on August 13 to First District Court in Hempstead, police said.
