BREAKING: Man Holds Knife to Victim's Neck in Montauk: Police
The incident took place on Old Montauk Highway, police said.

MONTAUK, NY — An East Hampton man was arrested after he held a knife to a victim's throat in Montauk, police said.
According to East Hampton Town Police, Mizrain Vazquez, 38, was arrested on August 14 at 5:53 p.m. on Old Montauk Highway, after he placed a knife to a victim's throat.
He was charged with fourth degree criminal possession of a weapon, intent to use, a misdemeanor, and second degree menacing, weapon, a misdemeanor, police said.
