About Concerned Citizens of Montauk
From its magnificent beaches to its soaring bluffs and unique moorlands, Montauk remains one of the last unspoiled outposts on Long Island. Since 1970, the Concerned Citizens of Montauk have fought tirelessly against over-development, preserving over 70% of Montauk’s lands. Today, CCOM continues to lead the effort to Keep Montauk Montauk, protecting its environment and ecology through education, advocacy and grassroots citizen action.
CCOM is a 501(c)(3) environmental not-for-profit organization. Our area of focus include water quality improvement and preservation, coastal conservation and sustainable development. Please help us protect Montauk’s unspoiled beauty.
