Drunk Driver Had No Headlights in Montauk: Police
The Brooklyn man was charged with DWI, a misdemeanor, police said.

EAST HAMPTON, NY - A Brooklyn man was caught driving drunk with no headlights in Montauk, police said.
According to East Hampton Town Police, Liam M. Canning, 27, was arrested on May 28 at 1:34 a.m. after he was seen driving east on Montauk Highway near South Embassy Street with no headlights.
Police said he had the strong odor of an alcoholic beverage on his breath, slurred speech, he was unsteady on his feet, and his eyes were bloodshot and glassy.

He was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and released on $200 cash bail, police said.
