Drunk Montauk Man Violates Order of Protection, Held Without Bail: Police
The man was charged with felony criminal contempt after he violated an order of protection, physical contact, police said.

MONTAUK, NY — A Montauk man was charged with felony criminal contempt after he violated an order of protection while drunk, police said.
According to East Hampton Town Police, Richard A. Quimby, 56, of Montauk, violated the order of protection on August 3 at 8:21 p.m. while he was in an intoxicated condition.
He was charged with first degree criminal contempt for violating an order of protection, physical contact, a felony, held without bail, and released into the custody of the Suffolk County Sheriff's Department, police said.
