Man Busted for Selling Booze to A Minor in Montauk: Police

MONTAUK, NY — A man was busted for selling booze to a minor in Montauk, police said.

According to East Hampton Town Police, Ian G. Hunt, 40, of East Hampton, was arrested on July 17 at 7:55 p.m. at 99 Carl Fisher Plaza, at the Saltbox, after he sold a 12-oz. bottle of Bud Light to a patron, 19, who was under the age of 21.

Hunt was charged with prohibited sale of an alcoholic beverage, a misdemeanor, police said.
