Man Caught With Cocaine In Montauk: Police
The coke was found in his pants pocket, police say.

MONTAUK, NY — A Massachusetts man was caught with cocaine in his pocket in Montauk, police said.
According to East Hampton Town Police, Stephen T. Dutcher, 29, was arrested on August 5 at 2:25 a.m. at S Elmwood Avenue near S Emery Street in Montauk and charged with seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor.
Dutcher had a plastic bag with a white powdery substance in his left pants pocket that later tested positive for the presence of cocaine, police said.

Bail was set at $100 and he was issued an appearance ticket, police said.
