Man Caught With Mushrooms in Montauk: Police
The man was busted early Sunday morning, police said.
MONTAUK, NY — A New Jersey man was caught with hallucinogenic drugs in Montauk Sunday, police said.
According to East Hampton Town Police, David Farshadfar, 25, of Tenafly, was arrested at 3:03 a.m. on Montauk Highway in Montauk and found to have a quantity of hallucinogenic mushrooms.
He was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, a misdemeanor; cash bail was set at $500, police said.
