Man Kicks Mercedes In Hamptons, Faces Felony Charge: Cops

MONTAUK, NY — A Montauk man was arrested after he kicked a Mercedes, police said.

According to East Hampton Town Police, Toby J. Logue, 42, was arrested on Feb. 18 at 12:01 a.m. on West Lake Drive in Montauk and charged with third degree criminal mischief, damaging another person's property in an amount greater than $250, a felony.

He struck a 2016 Mercedes Benz SUV with his foot, causing $1,000 to the vehicle, police said.

Cash bail was set at $1,500, police said.
