Montauk Chamber of Commerce's 35th Annual Fall Festival Set to Unfold
The event takes place on October 8 and 9.

MONTAUK, NY — The fun's set to begin with the Montauk Chamber of Commerce's 35th Annual Fall Festivalready to unfold.
The event will take place on October 8 and 9 and feature live music, a chowder contest, kids' rides, face painting, pumpkin decorating, crab races, a free 30-horse carousel, farmers' market, clams, oysters, beer, Long Island wines, Oktoberfest foods, and, on Sunday, a Playhouse Chinese auction, with street painting, music and more.
Avoid the parking woes with a free Hampton Jitney ride from Southampton, Bridgehampton,East Hampton, and Amagansett; reservations are required from points west. To reserve, call 631-283-4600.

Hosted by the Montauk Chamber of Commerce, the event runs Saturday, October 8, beginning at 11 a.m., and Sunday, October 9, through 5 p.m.
All events will be held on the Green across from the Chamber of Commerce building in the center of town. The Clam Chowder Contest takes place on Saturday, October 8, at 11 a.m. A Cash Catch drawing will take place Sunday at 5 p.m.
