Photos: Healthy Eating Spotlighted at Montauk's 'Beyond Sticks, Twigs and Berries'

MONTAUK, NY - The focus was on healthy eating Thursday night at the Montauk Yacht Club, where Gwendolen "Gwennie On the Go" Bokine held one of her famous "Beyond Sticks, Twigs and Berries" events.
The theme of the evening was "Are you looking to eat healthier, but don't want to compromise taste?" After a few minutes of meditation, a flavorful and delicious four-course vegan meal was served. Party favors included recipes and nutritional information.

In attendance were Montauk Yacht Club Chef Paul O'Shea, Gwendolen "Gwennie On the Go" Bokine, event producer/MYC director of food and beverage Wayne Connolly, Elise Prado, Elisa Corridore, Diane Sheridan, T.J. Clemente, Cathy McGuire, or "Miss Melody", Christine Resnick, Tereza Romanelli, Amber Pagano, Tom Pagan, the team from Devine Dental from Greenwich, CT, Cynthia Berglund, T. Paul Darenberg, Selina Pasca of The Retreat, Gail Martinsen of Montauk Pearls and Mike Martinsen of the Montauk Shellfish Company, and Ann and Peter Joyce.
Brittany Hause assisted Chef Paul O'Shea in the kitchen.
