CaringKind offers monthly caregiver support groups for family members impacted by Alzheimer's Disease or another dementia. Our upcoming meeting, which usually takes place at Rose Caracappa Senior Center, will meet on November 3rd, 2 pm, at The Bristal Assisted Living at Mount Sinai.
Our caregiver meetings provide an opportunity for caregivers to discuss the many challenges of caring for a loved one with Alzheimer's Disease or other dementias with people who truly understand. Our goal is to provide a safe setting which promotes mutual support, both practical and emotional, throughout the journey.
