2 Pearl River Women Accused Of Hiding Stolen Clothing In Baby Strollers
Police: $1,300 worth of merchandise involved in Sears shoplifting incident in Nanuet.

Two Pearl River women are accused of shoplifting $1,300 worth of clothing from the department store in Nanuet by hiding the merchandise in baby strollers, according to Clarkstown police.
Sears security complained to about two women who were spotted at about 7:35 p.m. taking numerous items from store displays and attempting to leave without paying.
Cecilia Arrue-Aldana, 21, and Mayra Fernandez-Pinto, 19, both of Pearl River were charged with fourth-degree grand larceny and fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. They were both released pending a Feb. 6 hearing in Clarkstown Town Court in New City.
