2011-12 Nanuet School Calendar Approved

Start planning your summer vacations. The Nanuet Board of Education approved the school calendar for the 2011-12 school year. The first day of classes is Wednesday, Sept. 7.

At the meeting, they briefly mentioned a February break that has been done before in the district, but decided against it this time.

"Only three school districts are keeping that February break," said Anne Byrne, board president. "We haven't done it in the last few years so I think we're going to keep it that way this year too."
