Ralph Cabo is a 77-year-old missing vulnerable adult with Alzheimer's disease who may be in need of medical attention. New York State has issued an alert.
Cabo was last seen at Macy's on Fashion Road in Nanuet, Rockland County, at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, March 12. He is believed to be on foot.
He was last seen wearing a grey sweatshirt, black jeans and a black hat. He is about 5 foot 10 inches, weighs about 170 pounds, is bald and has brown eyes, police said.
