A Bronx man was charged with drunken driving after his car was found stopped on Route 59 in Nanuet, according to the Rockland County Sheriff's Department.
Louis Robert, 61, was arrested at 12:51 a.m. Sunday when a Sheriff's officer found him in a car on Route 59. Police said Robert was found to be intoxicated and he was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor.
He was later released pending a hearing in Clarkstown Town Court in New City on July 30.
