Clarkstown Highway Preps Roads, Trucks for Snow
The trucks are preloaded and ready to go
NWS issued a Winter Storm Watch for the region with snow starting after 4 a.m. Saturday and falling until 1 p.m. Up to seven inches possible, but the Clarkstown Highway Superintendent is only expecting 2-4 inches for this area.
"We pretreated with brine and salt 60 miles of our critical roads in Clarkstown for the snow,” said Wayne Ballard.

He added that he has all his trucks and men prepped.
"We already preloaded up our trucks for tonight," he said. "We’re ready to go."
