CVS To Layoff 99 At Rockland Distribution Center

CHESTNUT RIDGE, NY — According to a layoff notice filed with the state, 99 jobs will be eliminated at the CVS Pharmacy office in Chestnut Ridge.

State Department of Labor records said economic factors were the reason for the layoff that would see Rockland’s distribution facility being consolidated in two other locations in New York and one in New Jersey, the Journal News said.

Affected workers were notified last week.
