State Police stopped a vehicle on I-87 for a traffic violation at 1:38 a.m. May 12.
The driver of the vehicle, Mackenzie L. Declerk, was found to be intoxicated. The Suffern resident was transported and processed at SP Haverstraw where it was determined her blood alcohol content was 0.14 percent.

Declerk was turned over to a sober third party and released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Ramapo Court on June 2.
