Visitors will be entitled to many FREE services which include cholesterol, blood sugar, blood pressure, bone density, pulmonary function and dental screenings. We will also be providing FREE influenza vaccines as well. All results from testing will be briefly discussed with each individual and they will be referred back to their regular physicians for further management.
