Arts Grants Information Meeting

The Arts Council of Rockland (ACOR) hosts a free information meeting to learn how to apply for a 2013 Community Arts Grant. Grants are intended to pay for artist fees, marketing and publicity expenses, direct administrative expenses and supplies and materials needed for the execution of the projects that are open to the public and taking place in Rockland County during 2013.

Complete guidelines and application forms can be downloaded from the ACOR web site – www.artscouncilofrockland.org.

Applicants must be a Rockland-based non-profit organization or an individual artist sponsored by an eligible organization.Grants range from $500 - $5,000.

Grant deadline: 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 19, 2012.

All applicants must either attend an information meeting or meet with ACOR staff. Call 845-426-3660 or e-mail info@artscouncilofrockland.org to reserve a seat.
