Jerome and Simona Chazen present a jazz concert featuring Paul Shapiro’s Ribs and Brisket Revue at Regency Banquet & Conference Center at Comfort Inn Nanuet.
This performance is a part of JCC of Rockland's Jewish Cultural Arts Festival.
"In the 1950’s New York swung to the beat of clashing cultures and Jazz met Judaism. The sounds are bluesy, blowzy and the songs are about food, dancing, swing, shuffle and a touch of sex. Shapiro injects spurts of laughter into the music because what would life be without those moments of happiness. Come soak up the sounds, the heart pumping, hard blowing, finger snapping jazz will have you dancing in the aisles. Light refreshments will be available."
