
HIDDEN TREASURES: ANTIQUES APPRAISAL DAY @ RoCA
Do you have a treasured “find” or a family heirloom? If you’ve been wondering what they’re worth, now is your chance to get an expert opinion at the Rockland Center for the Arts’ (RoCA) Appraisal Day on Sunday, January 15, 2012 from 1:00 to5:00pm. Appraisals are $15.00 for one object and $10 for each additional object with a maximum of 3 objects per person. Proceeds benefit RoCA’s educational and scholarship programs.
Kenneth Jay Linsner ASA,SCV,AIC , President of Art Services International Group(ASG), and a team of experts will lovingly examine, comment on and value your treasures. Mr. Linsner is a Past President of the American Society of Appraisers, NewYork, and has been in practice for over 35 years with a long and illustrious client list. ASG and its associates do not buy items, but value and advise, making them one of the only reliable sources for information on the market value of fine and decorative arts, furniture, books and collectibles.

Please feel free to bring anything but jewelry, coins and stamps for examination. Limited information can be provided from photographs of objects as well. Access to RoCA is at ground level, so furniture can be accommodated. Parking is ample and free.Refreshments are available.
