Our 5th Annual free event will be held on Monady 12/6/2010 and it is a meet and greet for the public to learn about all of the good deeds being performed by the non-profits and other governmental agencies located right in our own backyards. Members of the public can come to the JCC in order to learn about volunteering, community service and donation opportunities thus giving back during the Holiday Season. All of this being done in an effort to encourage everyone to try and "give where you live". Organizations can also use the opportunity to network within their own charitable community. Charities who previously attended the event last year (nearly 60 groups) will be getting their invitations in the mail. New non-profit groups and other govenmental agenices are also invited to attend.
