Join us for a pleasant and nostalgic afternoon as we travel back in time to the 1950s and 60s with such favorite songs as "Goodnight Irene", "Kisses Sweeter Than Wine", "Tzena Tzena", "When The Saints Go Marching In"," Wimoweh", etc. The quartet of James Durst, Martha Sandefer, Mark Murphy, & David Bernz, recreate the favorite songs of The Weavers using the exact same arrangements and instrumentation. They will also be doing some of their original songs in the same style. For this concert The Borderline will be using the facilities of the Nanuet Public Library where we have been invited by Gretchen Bell and the Friends Of The Nanuet Library. As usual, admission is $20 per person ($15 for Borderline members), and we ask that you bring a cold pot luck dessert dish to share with 4 other people. Remember that no alcohol is allowed on the premises. Since the library will be advertising this concert to their own members as well it is sure to sell out very fast. Therefore we ask all our Borderline regulars to make your reservations without any delay by e-mail to solz1@optonline.net or by calling Sol Zeller at (845) 354-4586.
