Frank C. Toto Earns Eagle Scout Rank

Congratulations to Nanuet resident Frank C. Toto of Boy Scouts of America Troop #33 on achieving the rank of Eagle Scout, a distinction earned by only 4% of all Boy Scouts nationwide.

Rockland County Executive Ed Day presented Frank with an Award of Excellence on behalf of the County during the Court of Honor ceremony on October 7th.

Frank’s Eagle Leadership Service Project included the revitalization of the vegetable garden and the installation of a patio at The George Strayton Center at Camp Venture in Sparkill.
