Frost Advisory Issued: Nanuet's Weather

If you have sensitive plants, take precautions.

NANUET, NY — After a weekend in the 70s, temps in the Hudson Valley are swinging the other way. It's due to a cold air mass blowing in from Canada. And the air is cold enough to bring a Frost Advisory for early Tuesday to Rockland County.

"October has been a very warm month in the Hudson Valley. Temps half way through the month are a full 8 degrees above average," said Bill Potter of Hudson Valley Weather. "So Monday will feel drastically different, as we see some major changes."

Major is right. Temps on Tuesday might not get out of the 50s. But the rest of the work week looks to bring lovely fall weather.
