Iron Fist Athletics Hosts Competition for Autism Speaks

It's the 2nd annual WODism for Autism.

Iron Fist Athletics (IFA), CrossFit Central Rockland, is hosting its 2nd Annual WODism for Autism.

Through a fitness competition on April 18, IFA will help raise awareness, as portions of the event costs will go towards Autism Speaks.

For those who are not competing, make a donation as well, and attend the event for support (no spectators fee).

IFA will give a competition shirt for each donation made.

The competition is open to anyone interested over the age of 18. It is encouraged that the athletes have knowledge of movements from gymnastics, powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, running.
