Jeep Grand Cherokee Taken From Valley Cottage Driveway Overnight
The Clarkstown police department warns residents to lock their cars.

A 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee was stolen from a residential driveway in Valley Cottage overnight yesterday.
Clarkstown Police received a report of a stolen vehicle on Storms Road in Valley Cottage at 6:30 a.m. July 29. The homeowner reported to responding patrol units that she had parked her car in her driveway at about 9 p.m. the night before and when her husband came out of the house this morning, their car was gone.
The vehicle did have the registration and keys inside and it was unlocked.

The Clarkstown Detective Bureau is investigating.
