After some great scouting, it looks like Pathmark is the place for folders at only $0.20 a piece! Office Depot has the best deal on copy paper, while Staples has the best price on pencils. Target appears to tie everyone with marble notebook prices. Overall, Office Depot has the most bargains for the coming week.
