Mile High Burger and Hawk’s Nest Bird-ger on the Menu at Zinburger Wine & Burger Bar for the Championship Game
Legalized marijuana is not the only thing in common for
Seattle and Denver. Next Sunday, the professional football teams for those
cities will go head to head in the ultimate football championship on February
2.
In honor of the Denver and Seattle football teams, Zinburger Wine & Burger Bar, the
upscale burger restaurant offering gourmet burgers combined with perfectly
paired wine selections, will be offering two special burgers – The Mile High
Burger and the Hawk’s Nest Bird-ger through February 2 at the six east coast
Zinburger locations – Clifton, NJ, Paramus, NJ, Cherry Hill, NJ, Nanuet, NY,
Huntington Station, NY and Durham, NC.
The Mile High Burger, which is similar to a Denver Omelet, is
served with a Certified Angus Beef ® Burger, sliced ham, roasted peppers,
caramelized onions, pepper jack cheese, chipotle mayo, shredded lettuce and a
fried egg on top. The burger is cooked to order on a griddle in its own juices
and served on lightly buttered, brioche style bun.

The Hawk’s Nest Bird-ger consists of a chicken breast with
coleslaw, pea shoots, Manchego cheese, 1,000 island dressing nestled on a bed
of french fries and served on a lightly buttered, brioche style bun.
“The
build up to professional football’s biggest game is just as fun as the game
itself,” said Brad Honigfeld, chief executive officer of The Briad Group, a
licensee for Zinburger. “We’ve have created two incredible burgers in
honor of the respective cities. Whether
you are rooting for Seattle or Denver, everyone is a winner with these unique creations.”
