Much Needed Moisture: Work Week Weather for Nanuet

NANUET, NY — The work week will start and end with plenty of sunshine, and at midweek temperatures will again be above average.

"But the real story for this week," said Bill Potter of Hudson Valley Weather, "appears to be the anticipation of some substantial rainfall between Tuesday and Wednesday."

The region could get two inches of rain from two waves of low pressure at midweek, he said, "Welcome news for an area that has been moisture starved all year."

Meanwhile, temps in New York City could hit 60 degrees.
