Nanuet BOCES Trustee Recognized for Volunteer Service

Administrators at the Rockland Board of Cooperative Educational Services thanked its board members for their volunteer service at the Oct. 8 board meeting.

The trustees were presented with flowers and with books—copies of which were put in the Hilltop School library so current and future students can enjoy them too.

District Superintendent Dr. Mary Jean Marsico spoke briefly about the books, which were picked out specially for each trustee.

Titles included The Wanderer by Sharon Creech, Gutsy Girls: Young Women who Dare by Tina Schwager and I Funny by James Patterson.
