A Nanuet man who is a personal banker has been indicted by a Rockland County grand jury in New City on allegations that he befriended an elderly couple and then stole more than $80,000 from them. said Anthony Giannattasio, 26, of 551 Avalon Gardens Drive, Nanuet, is charged with second-dgree grand larceny. Giannattasio is accused of obtaining an ATM card for the elderly couple's Chase bank account and withdrawing a total of $82,560. The theft took place between April and September 2011, Zugibe said.

Be sure to stop by the great restaurants and outdoor cafes with many offering fair specials. Nyack’s unique shops and boutiques are a must see. 
The fair is held rain or shine. No pets please. The Nyack Famous Street Fair has been held for over 50 years and has become a much-anticipated event that is looked forward to year after year.
