Nanuet Man Accused Of Trespass In Nyack

Police said he was fleeing from them at the time.

NYACK, NY — A Nanuet man faces charges of trespass, criminal mischief, unlawful possession of an ammunition feed device and unlawful possession of marijuana. Orangetown police arrested him in Nyack at 12:30 p.m. Sept. 20.

Dexter Fisher, 26, was arrested along with a Nyack man wanted on an outstanding warrant. Fisher ran away from police and was arrested after unlawfully entering a nearby building, police said.

Fisher was arraigned and sent to the Rockland County Jail, as was Nyack resident Tyrone Stewart, 28.
