Nanuet Man Charged With Weekend DWI

State police from Troop F said they removed 32 impaired motorists from the roads last weekend.

NANUET, NY — New York State police from Troop F said they removed 32 impaired drivers from local roads last weekend. Among them was a Nanuet resident.

On Oct. 20, State Police Haverstraw arrested Bobby Thariath, 40, of Nanuet, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 304 in the town of Clarkstown when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, police alleged.
