Nanuet Man Faces Assault, Weapon Charges after Fight at Ramapo Party

Ramapo police have arrested three men and are still investigating.

A fight between six men Saturday night in Hillcrest started when three of them crashed a party.

Ramapo police called to the scene said they found two men with injuries sustained from being cut with a knife/razor. They were taken to Nyack Hospital and admitted. A third man was discovered later during a traffic stop. He was taken to Good Samaritan Hospital where he was treated and released.

Ramapo detectives are investigating with assistance from Rockland County Sheriffs BCI. Rockland Paramedics and Spring Hill Ambulance Corps provided medical assistance. There have been three arrests so far and there may be added charges and additional arrests, police said.

Jeremiah Ellie, 19, of Nanuet, faces charges of first-degree gang assault, first-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon. He was sent to Rockland County Jail on $50,000 bail, according to The Journal News.

Arrested also were Bradley Tony Lauture of Spring Valley and Noe Valcin of Monsey.
